In 2019, Ana Warren Gonzalez put up a Facebook site for people to find out more about her copywriting services. Then she let the Facebook site languish. She juggled several freelance retainers happily, content with her scope and her income.

However, the coronavirus had other plans.

With the whole world tasked to stay at home, all manner of businesses found themselves at a loss. Suddenly, reaching out to customers wasn't as easy anymore. Finding them wasn't a problem; they were all at home. But their wants, needs, and lifestyles altered significantly. So, people turned to content.

Retailers made a sudden about-face and turned to e-Commerce years before they had initially planned. e-Commerce professionals found themselves in the middle of a jungle of growing competition, and scrambled for a way to differentiate themselves.
